DeX v0.99.1 - Decompressor for PeX v0.99

DeX is able to reconstruct most parts of the header and sectiontable.
Flags cannot be restored and sectionnames are only guessed, but the
output is possible to execute and disassemble.

Package includes the DeX executeable and the source for the decompressor.

Version 0.99.1 fixes a bug pointed out by MrWhite. Some programs didn't 
get their importtables decrypted because of lazy programming from my side.
